Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is an avid critic of films that are Z-graded, mostly in the martial arts or horror categories. Her style and method are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she is more inclined to watch silly action flicks and has a fascination with the morbid. The reviewer began her journey at the end of 2009 when she became well-known on their forums. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) Then she was asked to join Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome team. The channel was online until 2015, at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents became Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted and also covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. They would frequently be featured in shows like Nostalgia Critic.
