Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all in between. In 1990 I moved to America together with my parents and brother at the age of one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for dedication and hard work it is likely that I would not be here sharing my story. In the hope of having the best life possible I wanted to try the best I could to please them and determined to achieve my goals. It was my plan to attend school, graduate and get an employment that was good. After that, I was looking for to have a family and a wife. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyIt was like I was wasting my life away to earn a living when I knew I had a destiny. It was in 2013 that I discovered my love was exercising. I also enjoyed having fun and being able to help other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I found personal training. I began my business in 2014. My company is celebrating its 7th anniversary in this calendar year. There are a few Asian women in the industry. As an instructor, my aim is to motivate others to lead a healthy and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet the individual's goals and needs. My goal is for me to help others chase their goals and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. When my work was taking off, I was struck by one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datethat of losing my Mom. Following an 8-year battle with Scleroderma, she is at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though we may not be able to see it now. In so many ways, my mother's passing has changed my life. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to experience her loss. Her passing at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create an entirely new chapter. It was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware I truly feel that I am living now rather than merely living as I was in my past. My story is made available to me so that I may be able to share my stories and thoughts. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is vital as is regular. Health is the greatest riches. Only one life is yours. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
